Description

Main saloon is furnished with carpet throughout and includes: 2 x leather settees, a leather chair around a large teak coffee table, an occasional table, and a teak bureau which houses TV, entertainment system and fax machine. A large bureau at the forward end of the saloon contains books, storage and liquor cabinet.

The main saloon opens out onto a spacious aft deck where there is seating across the stern and a large round teak table with occasional deck chairs, providing seating for eight.

The main steps on the stbd side of the saloon lead down to cabins below. Master cabin is furnished with mahogany and has two 3/4 size berths on either side. Master stateroom is also carpeted throughout. Mahogany settees aft amidship provide good storage with two hanging lockers forward of each berth. Master cabin ensuite has excellent storage with head, vanity basin and separate shower, all painted white with teak sole.

Companionway leads forward to identical guest cabins with ensuite. Each cabin has single berths, bureau, book shelf and hanging locker. Spacious head with separate shower, vanity and excellent storage.

The companionway houses a locker for laundry and another locker under the stairway for general storage. There are drawers under all berths.

Moving forward from the main saloon, the companionway running along the stbd side provides access to the side deck and steps on up to the bridge providing internal access to a CO2 storage locker.

The skipper's cabin has a desk, single berth and ensuite with head, vanity, storage and separate shower.

Steps lead down the companionway underneath the bridge to a large dining room. Tastefully furnished dining room with L-shaped settee around a large oblong dining table with three occasional chairs providing dining for eight. The teak banister/rail with curled end on stainless supports provides a tasteful entrance. A very nautical cabin. On the stbd side, a single settee butts up against a bureau with storage and book shelves. The galley is forward of the dining room situated athwartships the full width, housing a large U-shaped stainless counter to port.

Forward of the galley, there are crew quarters for three with separate washing machine and dryer, TV and video, stereo with CD player. Under the crew cabin sole there is dry storage and walk-in fridge/freezer and trash compactor. Crew cabin has shower, sink and toilet forward with ladder access to the fore deck through the escape hatch.

Toilet system is Microfore, (standard black tank).

Separate stereo sound systems in each cabin including crew quarters, dining room and saloon.

The bridge is spacious with a large bench seat at the aft end with chart drawers underneath. Panel for light switches and alarm system indicators. Spotlights x 2.

Access to the engine room is from the main deck and downstairs.

Galley

Equipment includes double sinks, hot and cold pressure water, AEG 4-burner hobb with grill and oven, 230v Comenda dish washer, Panasonic microwave, 2 door refrigeratior and chest freezer to stbd. There is also a portable coffee maker. Expelair fitted above gas hobbs. Fully equipped galley.

Tankage

5 x fuel tanks, all S/S and 2 x water tanks of S/S.

Electrical System

All breaker switches are in the bridge. Electrical systems are 12, 24 and 240v.

Navigation Equipment

Furuno colour video sounder and a Furuno 72m radar with plotter, full set of autohelm seatalk multifunction display

and separate display instruments. Sperry autopilot, a Raytheon RAY420 loud hauler/intercom reaching foredeck and aftdeck, telephone intercom system in every cabin, bridge, flybridge, saloon, dining room, galley, etc. Vosper stabilizers, Furuno weatherfax, Furuno GP500 GPS, a barograph, inclenometer, clock and barometer. Large ships compass and a overhead bearing compass.

Radios

Furuno FSI550 SSB, Sailor RT2047 VHF.

Deck Equipment

On the foredeck there are 2 full sets of chain of 300ft each, capstan for all chain and for rope. Crew hatch is aft of the capstan. Access to the flybridge is in the aft port end of the side deck with external stairway with steering linkage, storage for outboard, small portable generator, shore power transformer, storage blocker under the stairwell to the flybridge.

The aft deck can be fully enclosed with plastic and air conditioning with doors that lead from aft deck to side deck.

Boat deck/Flybridge

Flybridge is steering station forward with large bench seating athwartships with full controls and instruments display and fore and aft seating on either side of the flybridge. Good storage under all seats for the squabs. Sun awning that goes over the helm station and forward seating. There are gantrys for tenders, storage on the boat deck, 16ft whaler style boat to port side with 40hp outboard, icemaker immediately behind the stack and inflatable RIB, yet to be provided stored on the stbd side. At aft end of the boatdeck there is deck seating athwartships.

Steering

Large teak wheel with stainless rim or jog steer. Separate transmission and throttle controls. Controls in the bridge and flybridge.

Safety Equipment

Fire fighting systems to Marine Survey.

Tenders

Sailing dinghy will be replaced with an inflatable of suitable size.
